We hope you love your order from The Juniper Loft Soap Company! Each bar is handcrafted in small batches, so a little variation in color or design is part of the charm.

Because our soaps and bath products are personal-care items, all sales are final and we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped.

If there’s a problem:

Your happiness matters to us! If your package arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@juniperloft.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as needed.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your order from our workshop to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • During busy seasons (like the holidays), it may take us a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Local Pickup

If you’re near the Farmington River Valley area of Connecticut, we may be able to arrange a local pickup at one of our events or markets. Reach out to us at hello@juniperloft.com before placing your order to see if that’s an option.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link provided. If something seems off, reach out—we’ll help however we can.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
